The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the lv88b Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. lv88b reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and confiscate any funds or Bonus Funds therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.

All Account transactions on lv88b are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless a User has opted for cryptocurrency payment, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of transaction shall apply for accounting purposes.

lv88b accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, direct bank wire, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. The minimum deposit isRM50. lv88b does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider's own fees, if any, remain your responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification and compliance checks. Indicative processing timeframes are as follows:

• lv88b reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any wager placed using Bonus Funds on games excluded from the applicable promotion shall not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
• Winings generated from Bonus Funds that exceed any stated maximum bonus win cap shall be forfeited without compensation.

All games and betting markets available on lv88b are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general rules apply across all products on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. lv88b reserves the right to void bets where technical errors, manifest pricing errors, or system malfunctions are identified.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and may be adjusted at lv88b's discretion.
• In sports betting, lv88b reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator if the total liability is deemed excessive at lv88b's sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lv88b Platform. Any User found engaging in any of the following activities will face immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds (including Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds pending in the Account), and potential referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

All content on the lv88b Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, text, images, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual content — is the exclusive property of lv88b or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from the lv88b Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited in any form without the prior written consent of lv88b. Unauthorised use of lv88b's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lv88b and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, reputation, or goodwill.

lv88b's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude lv88b's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lv88b makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

lv88b is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its Platform. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via Account Settings or by contacting Customer Support.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods to help control gambling expenditure.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated reminders may be configured to alert Users when a defined session duration has elapsed.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds verified as legitimately deposited and not subject to active dispute or investigation will be returned to the User via the original payment method. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds shall be forfeited upon Account closure for breach of Terms.
